Your Role:

As a Sales & Marketing Executive, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping dream homes and thriving communities. If you’re passionate about property, sales, and marketing, this is your chance to shine!

What You’ll Do:

  1. Lead Generation – Actively source and engage potential buyers through digital marketing, referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
  2. Creative Marketing – Design and execute high-impact marketing campaigns, eye-catching promotional materials, and engaging sales collaterals.
  3. Sales & Events – Represent our brand at property fairs, roadshows, and events while delivering compelling sales presentations.
  4. Client Engagement – Provide personalized property tours, highlight key selling points, and build strong client relationships.
  5. Closing Deals – Effectively negotiate and finalize sales transactions with confidence and professionalism.
  6. Industry Collaboration – Work closely with panel bankers, solicitors, and internal teams to ensure a seamless sales process.
  7. Market Insights – Stay ahead of industry trends and regulatory requirements to provide expert guidance to clients.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Sales & marketing experience is a plus, but enthusiasm and a go-getter attitude matter most!
  • Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related or similar field.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and own transport is a must.
