Job description

Order Fulfilment

Ensure all customer orders are fulfilled within the company’s standard SLA and packed according to the company's packing standards.

Conduct regular audits and spot checks to ensure process quality, providing clear feedback for continuous improvement.

Monitor all requests and transfers to ensure timely arrival of goods into the packing warehouse for efficient order completion and dispatch.

Manage and prioritize customer orders in line with the SLA, ensuring team awareness of priorities.

Coordinate with the inventory team for stock picking and inventory management of floor space.

Allocate and monitor daily tasks and duties of the fulfilment team.

Prepare and report order fulfilment status to the Operations Manager daily, weekly, and monthly for KPI tracking and overview.

Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of work stations at all times.

Conduct weekly briefings with the picking team on operational targets and achievements, including quality control.

Manage personal and team KPIs through daily demand management, manpower planning, order scheduling, and capacity planning.

Produce daily KPI reports covering dispatch, outstanding orders, cancellations, and packing errors, collaborating with Customer Service as needed.

Partner with cross-functional teams to coordinate critical resources during peak periods.

Logistics Management

Manage all order returns and outbound shipments, including customs clearance and insurance for various transport modes.

Liaise and negotiate with forwarders and logistics providers.

Track delivery times, transport costs, and efficiency.

Implement cost reduction measures across warehousing and logistics activities, monitoring shipping costs.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum 3 years of proven success in order fulfilment, inventory planning, procurement, logistics, or related supply chain fields.
• A degree or diploma in Supply Chain or Operations Management is preferred for fresh graduates.
• Professional certifications in supply chain management are an advantage.
• Immediate starters will be prioritized.
