Job description

Job Responsibility

To be responsible for the order processing and order fulfillment tasks of the company’s online sales channels, including but not limited to HABIB e-Store, Lazada, Shopee, and Zalora.

1. To process orders from all online sales channels to provide product picking lists to the Material Control (MC) team for product readiness.
2. To collect products from the MC team for packing and ensure all parcels are correctly packed before passing to courier service providers.
3. To ensure all orders are invoiced into the finance system and invoices are properly filed for submission to the Finance Department.
4. To ensure all orders are fulfilled timely and in accordance with the order handling policies of each online sales channel.

Job Requirements

• Knowledge of fulfilling online orders.
• Effective communication skills and ability to maintain rapport with managers and colleagues.
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Languages required: Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Education: Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or higher.
