Job description
- To provide strategy and direction for tribe to meet tribe and Group Community Banking aspirations
- Driving SME Deposits to meet LDR and balance sheet of Group Community Banking
- Increase payroll penetration to SME customers
- Increase acquisition & utilization of SME e-Solution portfolio
- Driving fee income for Group Community Banking
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee overall SME deposits portfolio through targeted initiatives and strategy
- To manage SME LDR and contribute to Group Community Banking LDR
- Increase product holdings and business transactions via main operating bank approach
- To identify and formulate engagement & retention strategies for SME deposits
- Enhancing Joy@Work & Ecosystem proposition to be competitive in the market
- Innovate and design digital on-boarding journeys to achieve main bank strategy
- Enhance beyond banking services via SES & RPP offerings
- Develop pricing strategies to be in line with Bank’s deposit regulatory compliance requirements
- Ensure strict adherence to policies and regulatory requirements for SME deposit products
- Create an inspiring team environment with open communication culture
- Motivating team to achieve organizational goals
- Empowering team members to improve their confidence, product knowledge and communication skills
Requirements
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience with knowledge in deposits and project management skills
- Possesses strong regulatory acumen
- Sound business acumen and strategic mindset
- Strong interpersonal and communication skill
- Customer centricity approach to business
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across business division
