Job summary

A global business and technology consultancy in Malaysia is seeking a Sales Support and Admin Process Executive. The role involves assisting in generating quotes, handling inquiries, and maintaining vendor relationships. Ideal candidates will have a degree in Business and relevant experience in sales support. Proficiency in English is required, with Mandarin or Cantonese as a plus.

Sales Support and Admin - Process Executive

Assist client manager in generating quotes to facilitate a fast turnaround time. This might involve a degree of product pricing knowledge.

Responsible for information gathering and data consolidation for each quote request.

Handle incoming quotation requests, including overseas requests from other offices.

Frequent follow-up calls are required to achieve client request closure within the given SLA.

Process and follow-up on dispute cases or open issues within the SLA.

Deal with external and internal queries in a professional, client-oriented manner.

Maintain close relationships with vendors to obtain quotations and assist with deal registrations if required.

Establish and maintain good relationships with decision-makers, internal, and external stakeholders.

Responsible for QA processes.

Assist in order submission if required.

Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management or superiors.

Requirements
  • Degree in Business or related field.
  • 1-2 years’ experience in Sales Support, Sales Admin, Sales Coordinator, or a related role in the IT industry or similar.
  • Proficiency in English; fluency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese is a plus.
  • Willing to support during Malaysia public holidays as required.
  • Good understanding of the sales/buying cycle and ability to handle dispute cases.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented with numbers.
