About the role

We are seeking a talented Accountant/Senior Account Executive to join our team at Teka Kuchentechnik (M) Sdn Bhd, based in Subang Jaya, Selangor. This is a full-time position, where you will play a crucial role in our financial accounting and reporting functions.

What you'll be doing

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closings

Assist in the preparation of financial statements, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements

Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making processes

Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide timely and reliable financial information

Support the implementation of financial systems and processes to drive efficiency

Participate in special projects and ad-hoc tasks as required

What we're looking for

A diploma/degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in financial accounting and reporting

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and auditing practices

Proficient in the use of accounting software and financial analysis tools

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

A self-motivated individual with a proactive approach to work
