A leading international healthcare organization is seeking a Legal Counsel to join their team in Selangor. This role is ideal for a legal professional with strong experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector who is ready to step into a strategic regional role.

What Youll Do:
  1. Provide legal advice across a range of commercial, regulatory, and corporate matters in support of the business operations.
  2. Draft, review, and negotiate various agreements including distribution, supply, and service contracts.
  3. Ensure compliance with local laws and industry regulations, while supporting regional initiatives.
  4. Act as a key advisor to business stakeholders on risk management and legal implications of operational decisions.
What Were Looking For:
  1. 3-5 years of legal experience, with a strong track record in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industrythis is essential.
  2. Degree in Laws
  3. Legally qualified and licensed to practice in Malaysia.
  4. Familiarity with legal frameworks governing commercial and regulatory healthcare matters.
  5. Regional exposure or experience handling multi-country matters within APAC is a strong advantage.
  6. Ability to work independently, communicate clearly, and balance commercial needs with legal risk.
