Job Description:
  1. Lead, motivate, and mentor your team to achieve high performance and productivity.
  2. Maximize sales opportunities and minimize losses. Achieve the sales targets given.
  3. Control stock losses to the minimum level.
  4. Ensure full compliance with the company’s SOPs, policies, procedures, profit protection measures, rules, and regulations.
  5. Efficiently manage stocks, follow up on deliveries, shortages, and inter-store transfers.
  6. Build a strong sales and service culture within your team and workplace.
  7. Audit the store to ensure all processes follow SOPs and guidelines.
  8. Contribute to the store’s strategic planning, operational management, sales targets, and profit goals while monitoring expenses within the set budget.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in retail operations within the fashion retail industry, with a successful track record.
  • Strong people management skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and a service-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to work according to retail hours, including public holidays.
  • Proficient in MS Office and internet savvy.
