Job summary

  • Responsible for end-to-end recruitment and selection process including job advertisement posting, CV screening, arranging interviews, contract preparation, staff enrolment and resignation processes, etc;
  • Execute monthly payroll processing to ensure compliance with relevant government authorities;
  • Ensure the implementation of company policies, SOPs, rules, and regulations, and monitor compliance to align with the company's goals and employee needs;
  • Manage the onboarding process for new employees, including monitoring their probationary period and ensuring timely confirmation;
  • Manage HR-related matters, including insurance, training bonds, medical schemes, training programs, and employee records;
  • Handle HR document processing, employee P-file management, and organization chart management accurately, completely, and promptly;
  • Assist in other ad-hoc projects as assigned;

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related discipline;
  • Preferably HR generalist with 5 years of experience in HR & Administration;
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin (written and spoken);
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office;
  • Excellent leadership, management, communication, and interpersonal skills;
  • Good understanding of labour laws, EPF, SOCSO, Industrial Relations & PSMB;
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and a positive attitude.
