Job description

Working Hours: 8.30am-5.30pm Monday to Friday
Lunch Hour: 12.00-1.30pm
Working Location: Kota Kemuning

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Monitor and supervise local technicians on their daily routine for repair machinery and other components of the machines.
  • Understand technical problems effectively through proper analysis, evaluation, and diagnoses.
  • Maintain own area of responsibility in terms of housekeeping and EHS while working as a team or individually.
  • Responsible for increasing the efficiency & reliability of machines.
  • Repair and install machinery and equipment.
  • Read and follow labels, safety warnings, and guidelines.
  • Ensure all work is carried out according to safety regulations and industry quality standards.
  • Perform service requests related to client platforms.
  • Become more effective in problem-solving through on-the-job training.
  • Submit service reports on time.
  • Follow up on the latest status of all the service team to do on-site jobs.
  • Work together with the Sales Team for customer satisfaction.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably candidates specializing in Engineering - Mechanical/Manufacturing/Production or equivalent.
  • Preferable those with experience in heavy industry/maintenance.
  • Able to communicate and receive instructions in English (simple/basic communication will do).
  • Mandarin communication is a MUST for this position.
  • Has basic knowledge of computers.
  • Possess good leadership skills.
