Cost Accounting Executive

• To handle daily accounting functions - data entry for accounts receivable & partial general ledger, filing, maintain and updating of accounts records.
• Perform month-end closing within the stipulated deadline.
• Prepare cash/credit invoices, receipts, and statement of accounts.
• Responsible for all aspects of cost accounting work including costing report.
• Responsible for monthly inventory physical count, prepare stock count variance analysis and monthly closing stock report.
• Responsible for budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Update monthly creditors aging report.
• Maintain fixed asset register, lease liabilities schedule and computation of depreciation.
• Ensure all accounting records and documents are properly filed, labeled, and kept for future reference.
• Liaise with internal and external auditors on all the relevant matters.
• Perform any ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities which the superior may assign from time to time.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least LCCI, Professional Degree in Finance/ Accountancy.
• Computer literate and knowledge in Microsoft applications.
• Meticulous, responsible, good initiative, and a team player.
• Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Good command of spoken and written Mandarin is required.
