Your responsibilities are:

Responsible to Lead the New Services in the Company

  1. Responsible for conducting the research on the new services as assigned by the Company or enquired by the client.
  2. Responsible for working on the new services with the Department Manager and top management and seeking the approval.
  3. Responsible for in-charge of talent mapping once the new services are confirmed.
  4. Responsible for ensuring the timeline of team readiness and client onboarding is aligned.

Responsible to Lead the Change Management

  1. Responsible for leading change management efforts related to the implementation of new technologies or any relevant changes.
  2. Develop and execute change management plans, including communication strategies, stakeholder engagement, and training programs to support the changes and minimize resistance.

Responsible to Team Setup, Manpower Planning and Resources Allocation

  1. Responsible for collaborating with project team and Department Managers to design talent structures and assemble teams for new client pitching, projects, campaigns, and ad-hoc tasks. Ensure adequate manpower allocation to meet project requirements.
  2. Responsible for forecasting hiring needs in both additional or workforce reduction for each department.
  3. Responsible for assessing the current workforce, identifying trends, patterns, and areas for improvement regularly.
  4. Responsible for allocating human resources based on talent design, project requirements, and employee availability.
  5. Ensure that job assignments align with established guidelines.
  6. Responsible for analyzing employee productivity and efficiency to optimize resource allocation.

Responsible to Ensure Smooth Traffic Control

  1. Receive project briefs and initiate project workflows.
  2. Responsible for identifying and addressing potential roadblocks.
  3. Ensure to ensure smooth project flow and adherence to timelines.
  4. Facilitates communication and collaboration among project team members.

Operation Flow Improvement

  1. Understand the operation and process flow within the business unit/department and identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization.

Succession Planning

  1. Collaborate with Department Manager to design and implement career development
  2. programs that support employees' professional growth and advancement opportunities.
  3. Offer guidance on career planning, job rotations, and skill development opportunities.

HR Generalist and Any Other Duties

  1. Responsible for handling HR Generalist jobs from time-to-time when necessary.
  2. Responsible and in-charge for any duties as assigned by Company or superior from time-to-time.

Requirements

  1. Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources or equivalent.
  2. Possess at least 5 years of working experience in Human Resources or specialization in HRBP, talent acquisition or performance function.
  3. Required language(s): English, BM, Mandarin
