Your responsibilities are:
Responsible to Lead the New Services in the Company
- Responsible for conducting the research on the new services as assigned by the Company or enquired by the client.
- Responsible for working on the new services with the Department Manager and top management and seeking the approval.
- Responsible for in-charge of talent mapping once the new services are confirmed.
- Responsible for ensuring the timeline of team readiness and client onboarding is aligned.
Responsible to Lead the Change Management
- Responsible for leading change management efforts related to the implementation of new technologies or any relevant changes.
- Develop and execute change management plans, including communication strategies, stakeholder engagement, and training programs to support the changes and minimize resistance.
Responsible to Team Setup, Manpower Planning and Resources Allocation
- Responsible for collaborating with project team and Department Managers to design talent structures and assemble teams for new client pitching, projects, campaigns, and ad-hoc tasks. Ensure adequate manpower allocation to meet project requirements.
- Responsible for forecasting hiring needs in both additional or workforce reduction for each department.
- Responsible for assessing the current workforce, identifying trends, patterns, and areas for improvement regularly.
- Responsible for allocating human resources based on talent design, project requirements, and employee availability.
- Ensure that job assignments align with established guidelines.
- Responsible for analyzing employee productivity and efficiency to optimize resource allocation.
Responsible to Ensure Smooth Traffic Control
- Receive project briefs and initiate project workflows.
- Responsible for identifying and addressing potential roadblocks.
- Ensure to ensure smooth project flow and adherence to timelines.
- Facilitates communication and collaboration among project team members.
Operation Flow Improvement
- Understand the operation and process flow within the business unit/department and identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization.
Succession Planning
- Collaborate with Department Manager to design and implement career development
- programs that support employees' professional growth and advancement opportunities.
- Offer guidance on career planning, job rotations, and skill development opportunities.
HR Generalist and Any Other Duties
- Responsible for handling HR Generalist jobs from time-to-time when necessary.
- Responsible and in-charge for any duties as assigned by Company or superior from time-to-time.
Requirements
- Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources or equivalent.
- Possess at least 5 years of working experience in Human Resources or specialization in HRBP, talent acquisition or performance function.
- Required language(s): English, BM, Mandarin
