About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and organized HR & Administrative Executive to join our team at Revopoint Innovation Sdn Bhd in Johor Bahru, Johor. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR and administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our operations.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handling all HR-related tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and employee relations
  2. Maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases
  3. Assisting with the coordination of training and development programs
  4. Providing administrative support, such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing reports
  5. Handling office management duties, including ordering supplies, managing inventory, and liaising with vendors
  6. Supporting the leadership team with various projects and initiatives as needed

What we're looking for

  1. At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar HR and administrative role
  2. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to prioritize and meet deadlines
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with employees at all levels
  4. Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  5. Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
  6. A proactive and solution-oriented mindset
  7. Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  8. Fluent in Malay, English, and Chinese (both spoken and written)
