Responsibilities:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Involve and key liaison on in month-end closing of accounts, preparation of journal entries, monthly management reports and ensure that it is accurate and in accordance with approved accounting standards on timely basis prepared by shared service team (Industry Focus Group (“IFG”)
  • Key liaison with Co.Sec/Legal/Para legal team on statutory related matters
  • Assist in year-end financial audit and preparation of financial statements
  • Assist in provision of financial information and business data to banking/treasury team for credit review, syndicated loan and bilateral facilities
  • Assist in providing pricing for export shipment based on latest pricing models and methodologies
  • Work closely with internal team members to resolve issues and enquiries
  • To prepare and compile materials for Statutory Financial Reporting Meeting (“SFRM”) held monthly (including circularisation process)
  • To perform and other duties as assigned from time to time

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years working experience in the related position (preferably with exposure to audit and group consolidation experience)
  • Ability to work in a high volume, transactions oriented environment
  • Familiar with MS Office suite especially MS Excel, MS Word
  • Candidate with experience in SAP would have be an added advantage
  • Responsible and reliable, able to work independently, committed and meet deadlines
