Job Opportunity: Purchasing and Inventory Management

Minimum Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a purchasing role, preferably in trading or wholesale environments
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and inventory systems
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking
• Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work independently
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Key Responsibilities

• Source and negotiate with suppliers for competitive pricing, quality, and timely delivery
• Issue purchase orders and monitor their status to ensure timely receipt of goods
• Maintain and update inventory records; assist in stock level monitoring
• Evaluate supplier performance and assist in vendor management
• Coordinate with warehouse/logistics for inbound deliveries and stock receiving
