About the Job

Company Background:

We are a logistic company in Shah Alam. As we are expanding, we are looking for a Sales Support Admin to join our team!

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee job files generated by the sales team and ensure service meets customer expectations.
  2. Work closely with the sales team to gain a clear understanding of traffic.
  3. Liaise directly with overseas agents for pricing and shipment arrangements.
  4. Monitor shipments through SMARTSHEET until the job is closed.
  5. Provide related instructions to overseas agents and local operations; ensure such instructions are applied.
  6. Handle quotations from local vendors (carriers, haulage, warehouse, etc.).
  7. Assist sales in farming and developing accounts.
  8. Undertake ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
  9. Submit all reports as requested by HQ/management within the deadline.

Requirements:

  1. At least a Diploma in any relevant field.
  2. At least 1 year of working experience in administration.
  3. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  4. Organized and able to handle multiple documentations.

Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 9am to 6pm.
