Responsibilities:
- Lead the BI Analytics Development Team in developing and implementing Business Intelligence solutions to support organizational growth.
- Manage, design, develop, and implement enterprise BI reports, dashboards, data visualizations, and data exploration tools to convert data into actionable insights.
- Serve as the technical SME for BI Developers, overseeing BI projects, analytics, reporting, dashboards, testing, implementation, and support, ensuring project scope, quality, budget, and timeline adherence.
- Translate business requirements into technical deliverables aligned with BI/Data Warehouse architecture and data management frameworks.
- Design and implement data models supporting BI capabilities and a self-service analytics approach.
- Review and optimize BI reporting, dashboards, and data processing for system performance and stability.
- Address and resolve production issues related to BI deliverables to ensure data accuracy and availability.
- Maintain project documentation, version control, and knowledge repositories to standardize processes and preserve project history.
- Report project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in BI analytics and data management.
- Minimum 3 years of software development or technical support experience.
- Experience managing technical teams.
- Proficiency in BI reporting tools, data pipelines, and data quality management.
- Experience with dashboard creation using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of data visualization, architecture, and warehousing concepts.
- Programming skills in SAS, .NET (VB), SQL; additional skills in SAS and SQL are advantageous.
- Knowledge of RDBMS, data integration, stored procedures, and database administration.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

- Ability to analyze complex problems and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
