Job Description
Responsible for the execution of the product marketing projects
- Execute and track the progress of marketing activities as agreed on the Flight and Platform Marketing Strategy Plan
- Proactive in handling blockers and escalate as necessary
Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis on a variety of sources and, based on them and own experience, make recommendations on business reviews, marketing plans
- Provide basic/simple recommendations on business and marketing strategy based on research & analysis of the root cause
Develop smart, actionable recommendations and reports that support business growth
- Identify customer pain points, media consumption, reaches and challenges/concerns
- Support senior members in segmentation, targeting, and positioning of Traveloka for each of the portfolios handled
- Identify system and product marketing requirements for enablement of growth levers
- Assist lead in providing insight on customers, market, levers for marketing initiatives enablement, etc as part of a collaboration with the product team
- Define/identify requirements for marketing supports/resources (Channels, Business Development, etc) by aligning with various stakeholders
Provide custom analysis to understand business trends and support business initiatives
- Identify product-market fit against the target segment
- Provide custom analyses to understand business and marketing trends; Identify opportunities and support business initiatives that can be catered by Marketing
Able to lead small projects (with supervision/guidance)
- Execute end-to-end campaign activities including:
- Define campaigns: audience, messages, channel mix, objectives & activities
- Execute campaign and build a compelling story to the customer
- Monitor performance of the campaign & optimize post mortem of the campaigns
- Identify and execute promotion (coupon) levers and conversion rate optimization through pricing and promotion (within constraints)
Requirements
- BSc/BA in Marketing, Business, Engineering or related field Passion in data-driven marketing and creating growth
- Good communication skill for English (either Chinese or Bahasa)
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills. High-level proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data analytics is a plus.
- Self-driven, love challenges, have an entrepreneurial spirit and get things done
- Excellent communication, passion, dedication, and energy
- Graduate of any college degree or MBA with up to 2 years working experience
- Have experiences in e-commerce, online marketing, retail/ investment banking, management consultancy is preferred
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability, with good attention to details
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work well in an international team environment
