Inventory Manager/Assistant Manager (3PL)

We are looking for a highly experienced Inventory Manager / Assistant Manager with a strong background in 3PL inventory management to lead and optimize our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy and improving processes to achieve operational excellence.

Responsibilities include:

1. Conduct regular cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation to ensure and maintain inventory accuracy.
2. Manage end-to-end warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, dispatch, and reverse logistics.
3. Conduct inventory analysis, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to improve stock control.
4. Lead inventory mapping and ensure location accuracy within the warehouse.
5. Optimize processes to reduce costs and enhance efficiency in inventory management.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align inventory processes with business goals.
7. Ensure compliance with WMS system and implement best practices.
8. Provide recommendations based on inventory analysis to improve inventory management.
9. Prepare inventory and stock reconciliation reports for management and clients.
10. Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

1. Minimum Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
2. At least 5 years of inventory management experience in a 3PL warehouse/distribution environment.
3. Expertise in WMS/ERP systems, including implementation and optimization (experience a plus).
4. Strong experience in inventory mapping, reconciliation, and improving location accuracy.
5. Proven ability to analyze stock data, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions.
6. Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
7. Language proficiency in English, Bahasa Melayu, and Mandarin; fluency in Mandarin preferred for effective communication with Mandarin-speaking clients.
