Job description

Overview:

The primary responsibility is to plan, and lead engaging and productive training sessions and workshops, ensuring participants gain actionable insights and leave the facilitation with more knowledge on the subject than when they arrived.

You will guide discussions, encourage collaboration, and maintain a positive and inclusive environment, adapting methods to suit the audience's needs.

You will ensure that content is delivered effectively whilst align with our organizational goals and brand standards. This role requires strong communication, adaptability, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate Training Sessions: Lead engaging and interactive training sessions, both in-person and virtually, across various topics related to employee development, technical skills, systems and tools, and leadership.
  • Program Delivery: Deliver training materials and ensure the content is tailored to meet the diverse needs of learners in each market (English and Bahasa speaking capability requirement)
  • Support Continuous Improvement: Provide feedback and recommendations for enhancing training programs, tools, and resources.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders:
    • Work closely with managers, team leaders, and the regional training team to identify learning gaps, employee development needs, and business requirements.
    • Liaising with FSMs, Club Managers, and Franchisees to ensure all staff are booked on required events within agreed timeframes.
    • Working closely with the other Anytime Fitness team members to design and communicate administrative procedures for the booking of both in-house and external training courses.
Supporting Responsibilities:

  • Assess Learning Outcomes: Evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions through feedback, assessments, and performance data, and adjust methods as necessary to ensure high impact.
  • Content Adaptation: Assist in adapting and localizing training content and materials to suit regional cultural and business needs.
  • Maintain Training Records: Ensure proper documentation and reporting of training sessions, attendance, and outcomes.
  • Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging learning technologies to enhance training methodologies and content.

Facilitation and Training

  • Lead engaging in-person and virtual training sessions on topics such as employee development, technical skills, systems, tools, and leadership.
  • Tailor training content to meet diverse learner needs across English, Bahasa, Cantonese,Thai, and Mandarin-speaking markets.

Program Delivery and Continuous Improvement

  • Deliver high-quality training materials and adapt content for regional cultural and business needs.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to enhance training programs, tools, and resources.
  • Collaborate with managers, team leaders, and franchise stakeholders to identify learning gaps and business requirements.

Learning Outcomes and Assessment

  • Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance data.
  • Ensure proper documentation of attendance, learning outcomes, and training records.

Collaboration and Administration

  • Work with Franchisee Support Managers (FSMs), club managers, and franchisees to ensure timely booking and attendance for required training sessions.
  • Coordinate with the regional training team to maintain efficient processes for course bookings and materials preparation.
  • Assist in scheduling, organizing, and managing hospitality and resources for training events.

Support Functions

  • Maintain accurate training records and provide reports on learning outcomes and attendance.
  • Monitor the mandatory training calendar, ensuring completion within deadlines.
  • Develop productive working relationships with external training partners and vendors.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating training content on the Learning and Development platform and internal dashboards.

Innovation and Development

  • Contribute to curriculum development and evolve training content to align with company goals. Research and recommend new training strategies, courses, and materials to support growth initiatives.

General And Safety Responsibilities

  • Uphold Anytime Fitness’ mission and cultural values.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols, company policies, and professional standards.
  • Brainstorm innovative strategies to enhance team development and franchisee engagement.
