· Operate injection moulding machines to prepare color plates and test specimens.

· Develop and maintain a preventive maintenance program for injection moulding equipment to reduce reliability issues.

· Conduct tooling servicing as required.

· Collaborate with other departments to resolve machine, mold breakdowns, and material problems.

· Set up new mold injection process parameters.

· Troubleshoot problems and defects encountered during production.

· Maintain and service in-process molds; assist in setting up and removing molds from production machines.

· Support continuous production line operation through shift work to maintain high yield rates.

· Review mold drawings and participate in new tooling trial runs, providing technical support for successful implementation.

· Coordinate with maintenance team regarding mold temperature controller malfunctions.

· Provide technical training to subordinates to enhance their skills.

· Maintain good housekeeping in the injection moulding area.

· Communicate effectively with senior personnel regarding problems and status updates.

· Oversee all aspects of injection machine operations.

· Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.

· Willing to learn new skills and technologies.

· Perform other responsibilities as assigned by superiors due to organizational or business changes.

Requirements:

· Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

· Proven experience and strong knowledge in injection moulding operations.

· Familiarity with tooling handling and preventive maintenance.

· Ability to minimize injection moulding and tooling issues.

· At least 5-6 years of experience.

· Junior technicians with tooling or moulding knowledge are encouraged to apply.
