Responsibilities
- Assist the Executive to monitor all activities in and out of inventory of spare parts at the service centre
- Record all inventory of spare parts at the service center
- Perform stock calculations in the middle and end of the year
- Receive and record receipt of spare parts stock from spare parts department and headquarters
- To help ensure quality services are provided to customers
- To ensure workshop area to high standard of housekeeping (5’s and cleanliness)
Requirements
- Diploma in Automotive or equivalent
- Pleasant personality, tactful, organized, multitask and good interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility. Knowledge on Automotive Spare Parts is added advantage
- Proactive with sense of urgency
- Proficient in English & Bahasa Malaysia, oral & written
