As an Executive in Operations COUNTERFORCE SECURITY SERVICES SDN BHD, you will play a key role in supporting the operational functions for our growing security services company. Reporting directly to the Operation Manager, this full-time position will be based in our Petaling Jaya, Selangor office.

Key Responsibilities

1.Guard Management & Supervision

• Plan, schedule, and manage guard deployments based on client contracts.
• Supervise a team of security guards across multiple sites.
• Conduct regular site inspections, and surprise checks.
• Ensure all guards adhere to company policies, grooming standards, and code of conduct.

2. Client Coordination

• Maintain close relationships with clients to understand and meet their security needs.
• Attend client meetings, respond to feedback, and resolve complaints professionally.
• Ensure all contractual obligations are met at all times.

3. Operations & Administration

• Prepare duty rosters and ensure proper record-keeping of attendance and shift logs.
• Monitor guard performance, absenteeism, and disciplinary issues.
• Assist in recruitment and onboarding of new guards.
• Maintain updated documentation including incident reports.
• To carry ad hoc tasks and special projects assigned by Management such as security services for events functions & etc.
• Emergency response services to on-site inspection of alarm trigger events.

4. Crisis & Incident Management

• Act as the first point of escalation for on-site incidents or emergencies.
• Investigate and report all incidents, preparing detailed and timely reports.
• Coordinate with local authorities as needed.

5. Compliance & Safety

• Ensure all guards comply with legal regulations and industry standards.
• Conduct safety audits and enforce safety protocols on all sites.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least SPM qualification or higher.
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English (spoken and written).
• Computer literate. Able to use Microsoft Word, Excel, and email platforms effectively.
• Good knowledge of security operations, procedures, and risk management.
• Willing to travel for site visits and inspections.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and own transport.
• Physically fit and able to work long or irregular hours if required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with employees at all levels.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• A team player with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
