Role Description:

The Procurement Executive is responsible for managing the procurement process to ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services that meet the company’s quality standards. The role requires a proactive individual with strong negotiation skills, organizational abilities, and a focus on optimizing supply chain processes. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in automation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Source, evaluate, and establish relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to achieve cost savings and value for money.
• Ensure timely procurement of materials and services required for production and projects.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier agreements.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to avoid shortages or excesses.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and legal regulations.
• Address and resolve issues related to supplier performance, delivery delays, or quality discrepancies.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and pricing dynamics.

Skills & Experience:

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with automation systems or components.
