About the role

This full-time Account Executive position with FURIOUSONCE RACES SDN. BHD. is based in Kulim Kedah. You will play a crucial role in maintaining and growing the company's key client relationships within the Sales and Account & Relationship Management functions.

What you'll be doing

  1. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with a portfolio of existing clients
  2. Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to expand the client base
  3. Negotiating and closing new sales contracts
  4. Providing excellent customer service and managing client expectations
  5. Collaborating cross-functionally to deliver solutions that meet client needs
  6. Analysing market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
  7. Generating and presenting regular performance reports
  8. Contributing to the development of the company's sales and client management strategies

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar account management or sales role, preferably within the Sales and Account & Relationship Management industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels
  3. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  4. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  6. Proficiency in MS Office suite and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
