What you will do:

1. On-Site Collection

  1. Perform timely and professional collection visits at issuer sites.
  2. Develop and maintain good relationships with clients to facilitate payment processes and resolve disputes amicably.
  3. Provide clear communication and updates to internal teams on collection progress and challenges faced on-site.

2. Summons and Compliance Handling

  1. Manage all vehicle-related matters, including processing JPJ (Road Transport Department), PDRM (Royal Malaysia Police), and local council summons efficiently.
  2. Handle JPJ vehicle transfer documentation and processes with accuracy to ensure legal compliance.
  3. Coordinate with relevant authorities and stakeholders to resolve any vehicle-related issues in a timely manner.

3. Ad-Hoc Tasks:

  1. Assist with various ad-hoc assignments, including the delivery of urgent documents and other critical operational needs as assigned.

What we are looking for:

  1. Minimum STPM qualification
  2. Has own transportation for site visit and travel to government agencies
  3. Has field collection experience
  4. Able to handle all government agencies matters
  5. Good communications and written skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  6. Able to work full time for 1 year contract.
