Job Title: Account Executive (Full Access - Mandarin Speaker Preferred)

Location: Kuala Lumpur (Remote)
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Able to handle full set of accounts independently, including:

  • Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL)

  • Journal entries, bank reconciliation, month-end closing

  • Preparation of financial reports and supporting documentation

• Assist with audit preparation, tax documentation, and statutory filings.

• Support daily finance functions, including:

  • Invoicing, payment processing, expense tracking, and payroll coordination.

• Collaborate with the finance and operations teams to ensure accurate and timely financial data.

• Assist in basic operational tasks when needed, such as document control or HR/payroll liaison.

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Accounting / Finance / Business.

• CPA or ACCA qualification is preferred (or actively pursuing).

• 2-5 years of experience in accounting with hands-on exposure to full sets of accounts.

• Proficient in English and Mandarin Chinese - both written and spoken.

• Skilled in accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB, or similar.

• Able to handle a broad range of accounting tasks independently, detail-oriented and reliable.

Preferred Candidate:

• Malaysian Chinese candidates preferred - for ease of communication and cross-border coordination.

• Familiarity with international company operations is an advantage.

• Flexible and willing to support occasional operational or admin duties as part of a lean team.
