• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with relevant accounting standards.
• Consolidate group accounts and analyze financial results to support management reporting.
• Develop and coordinate annual budgets and forecasts, including variance analysis and performance reviews.
• Track and monitor project development costs, supporting cost control and profitability analysis.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including tax submissions, SST/GST, and financial regulations.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and other stakeholders for audits, financing, and regulatory matters.
• Support internal controls, SOPs, and risk management practices.
• Supervise and guide junior finance staff, ensuring timely and accurate execution of daily financial operations.
