We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to join our dynamic Human Resources team. This role will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and candidate engagement to offer extension and onboarding support. The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator, possess excellent presentation skills, and be adept at conducting thorough and effective interviews to identify top talent for our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles across different departments and groups.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing channels, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals, to identify and attract qualified candidates.
- Proactively build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates.
- Screen applications and resumes to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Conduct engaging and informative initial phone screenings to evaluate candidate suitability and communication skills.
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations to candidates about the company, role, and benefits.
- Independently plan, schedule, and conduct comprehensive interviews (both virtual and in-person) using various behavioral and competency-based techniques.
- Assess candidates' communication style, confidence, and presentation abilities throughout the interview process.
- Prepare and present candidate shortlists and detailed assessment reports to hiring managers.
- Manage the candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and a positive interaction with our company.
- Facilitate the offer process, including negotiating terms and extending offers of employment.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of talent acquisition strategies and initiatives.
- Participate in employer branding activities and recruitment events as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder in any discipline with strong recruitment knowledge, preferably with experience in construction, property development, banking, or related fields, though not mandatory.
- Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience with a proven record of successfully closing vacancies.
- Experience in planning career fairs and talent engagement activities.
- Driven and passionate about recruitment.
- Proactive, energetic, meticulous, and with a customer-focused mindset.
- Based in Menara Lagenda @ 3 Damansara.
- Willing to travel as required and possess a valid driving license.
