Job summary

A leading company in Malaysia is seeking a Human Resources Executive to support the recruitment cycle, manage payroll, and organize staff training. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in HR or Business Administration and at least 3 years of relevant experience. Strong communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia are essential. This role involves overseeing various HR functions and ensuring compliance with Malaysian labor laws.

Job description

- To provide support and input to the recruitment cycle, including processing applications, assessment and selection, and the onboarding and induction of new staff.

- Plan and organize staff training, promotion, transfer, and dismissal procedures.

- Handle the full spectrum of payroll processing and administration, including the generation of monthly payroll, statutory contributions, yearly EA forms, and filing of Form E.

- Responsible for company administration work.

- Organize team-building activities, festivals, and annual dinners.

- Oversee leasing and office maintenance, including repairs, liaising with vendors and service providers.

- Handle other ad hoc tasks assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR management and administrative roles, preferably in the online advertisement industry.
  • Good written and oral communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred for effective communication with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • In-depth knowledge of Malaysian labour laws, immigration regulations, and taxation.
  • Strong understanding of the full HR spectrum, including recruitment, payroll, training, and performance management.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
