They are currently looking for a HR Director to join them. You'll be overseeing and managing the entire HR department and its functions through strategic planning and policy development Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:-

• Strategic HR Planning
• Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
• Training & People Development
• Performance management
• Employee Engagement
• Other HR Functions
  
  

About The Manager & Team

You will be reporting directly to the CFO, leading a team of 6.

Skills & Experience Required

To be the ideal candidate for this role, you will come with at least 15 years of experience in HR Management. You have strong knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, organization planning & development, employee relations, safety, and training development. You also have high level of integrity, results oriented and ability to work under pressure and deadlines.
