To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a HR Generalist (Industrial Relations) located in Flex PTP.

Reporting to the HR Manager, the HR Generalist (Industrial Relations) role is to foster and maintain positive working relationships within all employee levels.

What a typical day looks like:

1. Ensure the consistent treatment of employees and the consistent application of Flex policies and procedures.
2. Counsel management on policy interpretation including any potential risks. Advise and investigate (when applicable) in regard to the appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.
3. Handle misconduct cases, grievance cases, and conduct investigations.
4. Assist in the documentation/administration of the disciplinary procedures.
5. Maintain excellent human relations skills to take an assertive role in disciplining and handling difficult employees.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Employment Act and ability to mediate and resolve industrial relations matters amicably is an advantage.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
