Job description

Manager, Project Planning & Development (Central Region)
  • Formulate, implement and review all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the quality management system.
  • Coordinate and follow up with authorities and consultants regarding design, engineering, construction, approval, and operations matters.
  • Prepare project budget and cash flow projections to assess project feasibility.
  • Collaborate with the sales & marketing department to develop concepts and suitable products for launch.
  • Review plans from a technical perspective, considering innovative elements and project budget constraints.
  • Guide and motivate the project team to achieve corporate goals and ensure successful project completion.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, C&S, Building, or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and experience liaising with government authorities.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in property development, with exposure to high-rise, township, or mixed developments.
  • Familiarity with GBI quality standards is an advantage.
