About the role

Seeking a highly talented Property Strategist to join our dynamic team in Kuching, Sarawak. As a full-time employee, you will play a crucial role in shaping the strategic direction of our property development and investment portfolio. What you'll be doing

1. Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify promising property investment and development prospects.
2. Develop comprehensive strategic plans to guide the company's property-related initiatives, including acquisitions, renovations, and new developments.
3. Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams, such as finance, design, and construction, to ensure the successful implementation of property strategies.
4. Monitor industry trends and regulations to anticipate and adapt to changes affecting the company's property portfolio.
5. Prepare detailed reports and presentations to keep senior management informed of property-related activities and performance.
