About the Role

We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Manager to lead our finance department and drive strategic financial decisions across our group of companies. What You’ll Do
  • Oversee full spectrum finance: accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, and compliance
  • Prepare timely and accurate P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports
  • Lead financial planning & analysis (FP&A) for budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal controls
  • Develop SOPs and financial systems to support scalability and efficiency
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, and external stakeholders
  • Mentor and manage the finance team across business units
What We’re Looking For
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Candidates in SMEs currently managing full sets and team leadership
  • Senior Finance Executives or Assistant Finance Managers looking to step up
  • Finance professionals seeking broader exposure (group-level, budgeting, strategy)
  • Advanced Excel and accounting software proficiency
  • Knowledge in group-level or multi-entity finance is an added advantage
