Job Responsibilities
- Ensure sales data are uploaded to SQL and account software.
- Follow-up and monitor closely on loan documentation and disbursements from purchasers, bankers, and solicitors.
- Update loan approval status in SQL accounting software.
- Prepare and issue Progressive billings, reminders, and receipts.
- Maintain a proper filing system for purchasers' records and documentation.
- Prepare and issue Letters of Undertaking to bankers and route solicitor's letters/emails.
- Promptly respond to all incoming letters from solicitors pertaining to Subsale matters.
Job Requirements
- Certificate/Diploma in Business Studies or Business Administration.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Excel; knowledge of SQL Accounting software is an added advantage.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in sales administration or credit administration within a property or developer company.
