Project Implementation & Management Manager

We are seeking a senior professional with experience in the construction industry who can effectively engage with people, manage tasks, and solve problems. The role focuses on ensuring smooth adoption and successful implementation of construction software's digital tools for contractors.

Your primary responsibility is to oversee the end-to-end project management & implementation process, ensuring timely and smooth software adoption. You will coordinate with internal teams and clients, monitor project progress, and proactively address challenges to keep projects on track.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Work with our implementation team to guide construction companies in adopting digital solutions.
2. Collaborate closely with main contractors and subcontractors to facilitate a smooth transition to digital workflows.
3. Train and support construction professionals at all levels, assisting site and office teams in effective adoption.
4. Conduct workshops, hands-on training, and follow-ups to ensure full adoption.
5. Provide ongoing support to users, troubleshoot issues, and maximize the company's value from digital tools.
6. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them embrace new ways of working.
