Manager - Business Corporate Banking (CFX Sales)

1. Drive key KRAs on deposits & FX and ensure successful execution with proven results.
2. Work closely with Area Managers and relevant stakeholders to grow new and existing customer deposits.
3. Bring in New to Bank (NTB) customers through community business visitations, roadshows, or other branch-based sales activities.
4. Identify business opportunities and assess associated risks with cost-benefit analysis for managerial decision-making.
5. Assist in deal closure related to cash management solutions with Area Managers, Business Centers, Branch Managers, or CBM.
6. Promote Cash Management and HL ConnectFirst actively.
7. Execute and manage assigned tasks or projects diligently and independently.
8. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and sales regulations related to FSA, KYC, AMLA, and other relevant policies.
