Senior Quantity Surveyor/Quantity Surveyor
- Preparation of tender documents for tender exercises
- Attend tender interviews
- Handle and lead pre- and post-contract activities
- Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities
- Undertake cost analysis for repair and maintenance projects
- Assist in establishing client requirements and conducting feasibility studies
- Perform risk, value management, and cost control
- Prepare and analyze costing for tenders
- Allocate work to subcontractors
- Prepare Letters of Award to subcontractors
- Provide advice on contractual claims
- Prepare and verify claims
- Develop project costing and budgeting
- Prepare Variation Orders, Construction Budgets, and Final Accounts
- Conduct internal audits for site materials and works
- Analyze outcomes and write detailed progress reports
- Maintain awareness of current building contracts
- Perform other QS-related tasks such as take-offs, BQ preparation, tendering, claims, negotiations, and planning
- Undertake additional tasks as required by management

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Quantity Surveying or equivalent
- Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin (an advantage)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction field
- Preferably a Senior Executive specializing in Quantity Surveying or related field
- Own vehicle and willing to travel as necessary
- Knowledge of project tendering and contract management
- Willing to work in Pulau Pinang
