Qualifications:

  • At least Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or related to Business Operation
  • Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
  • Strong organization and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to liaise with customers and vendors as needed
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Preparing quotations for customers
  2. Receiving customer POs and processing accordingly
  3. Managing eQuote, eSo, ePo, eDo, ePod, eCustomer, eVendor, eMaster, and eCNDN
  4. Following up on delivery schedules and meetings
  5. Handling internal and external communications
  6. Additional requirement: may need to work after office hours and on weekends if required
  7. Knowledge in SAP or HANA System is an advantage
