- Competent in establishing plans, budgets, and monitoring procedures to ensure project success and performance.
- Optimize revenues and profit contributions through various property development activities.
- Strong resolve in resolving issues with relevant parties, including government/authorities’ officers, consultants, land & property owners, and JV partners.
- Effective in managing and executing assigned projects or tasks.
Requirements:
- Possess a Professional Degree relevant to property development.
- Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in managing property development projects.
- Preferably with managerial experience in medium to large-scale mixed developments.
- Responsible for ensuring successful, cost-effective, and timely project delivery, with a proven track record of completing projects within budget, time, and quality standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong problem-solving abilities, especially in dealing with multiple stakeholders and varying requirements.
- Good understanding of design, detailing, building regulations, project implementation, and tender processes.
