Job description

The company is an electromechanical construction company with background from China. The company is registered in Johor Bahru, Johor under the Malaysian Companies Act. The company has more than 20 years of experience in the electromechanical industry in China, and has reserved more than 100 professionals of various types. The company has participated in the construction of more than 50 projects in the data center industry, has profound construction experience and technical reserves, and each project has standardized construction, safe operation, and efficient service for enterprises.

Job Description:

  1. Manage recruitment (job posting, resume screening, interviewing and onboarding employee).
  2. Manage CIDB training courses and personnel card arrangement.
  3. Ensure insurance (staffs and company vehicles) are renewed in a timely manner and in accordance with Company's policy.
  4. Update HR policy and procedures, employee handbook to keep on validated.
  5. Dealing with government agencies over regulatory approvals and other relevant permits/license relating to business.
  6. Undertake ad-hoc tasks.
  7. Assist in planning and coordinating company events.

Job Requirements:

  1. Excellent organizational, planning, and analytical skills.
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
  4. Proactive and detail-oriented approach to work.
  5. Familiarity with CIDB training arrangements and compliance requirements.
