Job Description Summary

The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling a diverse range of chemical products to customers, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets. Additionally, the Sales Executive will be involved in market research, developing sales strategies, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Development of new prospects and enhancement of more orders from existing customers.
• Monthly quotation, sales reports and maintaining of customers’ profile or prospects.
• Service existing customers by visiting them regularly.
• Maintain good relationship with customers and suppliers.
• Attend promptly to customers’ needs and rectify customers’ problems urgently.
• Ensure prompt collections
• Feedback to Company on market activities such as pricing, sources, competitors and other relevant information.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree, preferably in Chemistry or any other Science.
• Computer literate in Microsoft Windows and Power Point.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
• Aggressive, professional, initiative with good interpersonal skills.
• Must be self motivated, proactive, mature and able to work independently.
• Strong working commitment.
• Fresh graduate is preferred
