Position: Project / Site Planner

Role & Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, monitor site activities, and update the work program accordingly.
• Prepare method statements and liaise with the project team, consultants, and clients on planning and sequencing processes to meet project requirements.
• Track and report project activities during pre-construction and post-construction phases.
• Assist the Project Director / Project Manager in preparing the project master work program.
• Highlight delays and provide mitigation measures.
• Maintain liaison with management regarding project planning, conducting analysis, and preparing methods.
• Organize, plan, and monitor site activities and update work programs accordingly.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field.
• Excellent command of English & Bahasa Malaysia.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiar with work scheduling / programming.
• Computer literate (MS Project & AutoCAD).
