Job description

In collaboration with our R&D and innovation teams, you will seek business development opportunities in your respective segment of Engineering Materials. You will grow your customer portfolio, ensure customer satisfaction, contribute to the company's growth strategy, and have the opportunity to increase our circular solutions.

Your responsibilities :
  1. You define prospecting targets and develop a new customer portfolio in your segment market (Electric & Electronics or Consumer & Industrial Goods), including healthcare, sport & leisure, home power tools, water management.
  2. You manage key customer relationships, including contract negotiations, closing deals (product choice, pricing, service), managing customer complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  3. You define and deploy commercial plans and activities. You develop forecasts at the appropriate level of accuracy to enable inventory management, financial performance, and service level achievement for key customers.
  4. You support innovation, facilitate product launches, and coordinate new application developments at targeted accounts.
How will you get there :

You own a Bachelor's degree in Business or an equivalent qualification, with international sales experience. You are fluent in English and German.

You can demonstrate the following skills :
  • Strong client-facing and communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of sales management methods and techniques
  • Working knowledge of customer service databases and tools
  • Awareness of Engineering Material products or Thermoplastics
  • Ability to think strategically and lead
  • Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
