Job description

Start with 12 days of annual leave, increasing to a maximum of 26 days.

Observe 18 public holidays per annum.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Provide clerical and administrative support.
  2. Coordinate the renewal of company car insurance and road tax.
  3. Process utility bills and custody of office keys.
  4. Administer staff SIM cards and mobile lines; arrange dispatchers’ tasks.
  5. Manage company car and laptop agreements.
  6. Handle purchasing tasks such as sourcing quotations and purchasing office furniture, equipment, stationery, letterheads, business cards, etc.
  7. Compile, verify, and courier cash bills to Purchasing for payment.
  8. Assist with project fire and workers' compensation insurance, and applications for TNB, Syabas, and Unifi for new projects.
  9. Administer equipment and machinery transfers.
  10. Assist with tender document scanning, converting to Excel, editing, and formatting.
  11. Arrange for the signing of resolutions by directors.
  12. Maintain a filing system for company forms and provide them upon request.
  13. Undertake other duties as assigned by the supervisor, including other functional areas.
  14. Implement project safety and health plans, ensuring compliance with all relevant legal, statutory, and legislative requirements.

Job Requirements

  1. Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, or equivalent.
  2. Good personality and communication skills.
  3. Minimum of 3 years of administrative work experience.
  4. Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin, especially for communicating with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  5. Computer literate, with good skills in MS Excel and MS Word.
