DOO you have what it takes?

What you’ll be working on:
  1. Identifying regional talent pools and tailoring recruitment efforts to each market.
  2. Networking with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events.
  3. Mentoring junior team members and potentially leading a small team.
  4. Collaborating with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employees.
  5. Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for regional positions, including sourcing, interviewing, etc.
  6. Conducting initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates.
  7. Interviewing candidates in-person for a wide range of roles (junior, senior, and executive).
  8. Tracking hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill, and source of hire.
  9. Designing, distributing, and measuring the results of candidate experience surveys.
  10. Training and advising hiring managers on interviewing techniques and assessment methods.
  11. Hosting and participating in job fairs.
  12. Following up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  13. Maintaining a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
  14. Building and reporting on quarterly and annual hiring plans.
  15. Creating and publishing job ads in various portals.
What we’re looking for:
  1. At least 2 years of in-house experience or agency experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role.
  2. Hands-on experience with the largest job sites.
  3. Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites like LinkedIn.
  4. Self-starter eager for regional hiring exposure.
  5. Strong interpersonal skills.
  6. Good written and verbal communication skills.
  7. Team spirit.
  8. Proficiency in English.
