Job Summary
- Support Sales & Distribution in assigned areas with KPIs on sales targets.
The Day-To-Day Activities
- Collaborate with distributors to manage dealers’ portfolios, providing system support such as network management, creation, modification, and termination.
- Plan, lead, execute, and monitor sales strategies and promotional plans, seeking new opportunities to expand UM touchpoints & pyramid.
- Enhance dealer loyalty through activations (Prepaid with plans and Postpaid).
- Develop and deliver staff training on risk management and business continuity.
- Ensure proper training and knowledge on System and Product.
- Monitor market movements through intelligence gathering.
- Drive and coach Product Specialists / Sales Teams to meet prepaid & Postpaid sales targets within designated areas/territories and monitor their performance.
- Proactively manage inter-departmental requirements and communication to meet sales objectives and optimize support resources.
About You
- Possess at least a Diploma / Degree or equivalent in any field.
- Have at least 6 years of sales experience in Telco / FMCG environments, with a minimum of 3 years in sales team management.
- Be aggressive and target-driven.
- Have a proven sales track record.
- Own transport with a valid driving license.
- Willing to travel.
