Job description

Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of MapleStorySEA, including server management, content management, and customer support.

Monitor game performance metrics and implement measures to optimize player experience and retention.

Develop and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals and strategic priorities.

Collaborate with the development team to define product features, specifications, and requirements.

Gather and analyze user feedback and data to drive product improvements and enhancements.

Work closely with marketing and community teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies and promotional campaigns.

Other ad-hoc duties include, but are not limited to:

Collaborate with Regional and Local Marketing teams, as well as the Chief Marketing Officer, Regional Project Director, and Country Manager, to contribute to strategic product launches.

2. Project Management

Lead and manage multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.

Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk management.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, development, design, and operations to ensure project alignment and execution.

Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders, addressing issues or changes promptly.

Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices for future projects.

Job Requirements

An avid interest in PC and Mobile gaming is a minimum prerequisite for this position. The ideal candidate should possess:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in project management and product management, preferably in the gaming industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of the gaming industry, particularly MMORPGs, and knowledge of MapleStorySEA is a plus.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong people/team coaching and leadership capabilities, transferable across countries and cultures.
• Ability to travel as needed for meetings, events, and other business activities.

Candidates may be considered for either Assistant Product Manager or Product Manager, depending on experience level.
