You will provide 2nd level support and problem-solving expertise concerning complex technical issues of infrastructure, design, methods, tools, etc., to ensure that a robust, maintainable, high-quality, standards-compliant business applications software environment is developed and maintained. You will ensure that all targets, SLAs, and metrics are met. Additionally, you will demonstrate ownership of events and incidents, collaborating with support teams and external suppliers to restore service, maintaining quality standards, and identifying opportunities for improvement. You will liaise with development teams to address known issues and meet user needs.

As a DevOps Engineer, having containerized application troubleshooting knowledge, MongoDB & Informix Databases experience is a huge plus. Strong knowledge of Linux & shell scripting and Java application troubleshooting skills are essential. You should be familiar with Jira, Splunk, WebLogic, and Jenkins. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks under pressure, and collaborate across regions is important. Fluency in spoken and written English is required for effective communication in our multinational environment.
